武汉市外阴湿疹患者危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外阴湿疹的危险因素。方法调查在武汉市中心医院就诊的外阴湿疹患者125例的临床资料,按1:1病例对照配对原则,选取长期坐姿、空气污染职业、环境封闭、装修经历、电脑使用时间、驾驶时间等20个危险因素,进行单因素及多因素的Logistic分析。结果Logistic分析显示,最终有统计学意义的因素,按危险性大小排列依次为:长期坐姿、盆腔器官及阴道炎症、环境封闭和睡眠时间不足,且长期坐姿、盆腔器官及阴道炎症、环境封闭和睡眠时间不足者患外阴湿疹的危险性是非以上因素人群的119.4倍、67.3倍、12.4倍和7.0倍。结论长期坐姿、盆腔器官及阴道炎症、环境封闭和睡眠时间不足是外阴湿疹的主要危险因素。Objective To investigate the risk factors for Eczema of vulvar.Methods An epidemiological study was carried out.Data on 125 cases of Eczema of vulvar was reviewed and face-to-face interviewed with a uniform questionnaire including the regular sitting,air pollution environment,closed work,decorated house,hours of using computer,driver time,ect.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were carried out with 1：1 case-control methodology.Results Multiple conditional logistic regression analysis showed that Eczema of vulvar was positively associated with sedentary posture（OR=119.4,95% CI：33.6-425.6）,vulvitis and pelvic inflammatory disease（OR=67.3,95% CI：12.69-357.1）,closed work（OR=12.4,95% CI：3.18-48.11） and sack time insufficiency（OR=7.0,95% CI：1.702-28.98）.Conclusion The main risk factors of Eczema of vulvar were positively associated with sedentary posture,vulvitis and pelvic inflammatory disease,closed work,sleeping hours insufficiency and closed work.
