摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯为聚合单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了氟碳链长度为3的阳离子型拒水拒油整理剂,探讨了该整理剂的应用工艺。FT—IR分析表明三种单体发生了共聚,所制备的聚合物乳液粒径为50nm,颗粒分布均匀,Zeta电位为34.21mV。采用该整理剂的处理工艺为:整理剂用量80g/L,交联剂BX-300用量0.8g/L,轧余率90%~100%,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间180s。处理后纯棉织物与水的接触角较大,水洗20次后,接触角变化较小。The cationic water and oil repellent finishing agent was prepared by emulsion polymerization using hexafluoro-n-butyt methacrylate, methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate as monomer, and its application conditions were also investigated. FT- IR analysis showed that there were three kinds of monomer copolymerization. Particles were uniformly distributed, whose di- ameter was about 50 nm and Zeta potential of 34.21 mV. The optimal process conditions were as follows: the finishing agent 80 g/L, cross-linking agent BX-300 0. 8%, pickup 90% - 100%, curing at 160℃ for 180 seconds. Under these conditions, the treated cotton fabric has a larger water contact angle and the changes of contact angle are smaller after 20 times laundering.
