摘 要:选用不同功能粒子对棉织物进行涂层整理,制备了对近红外辐射具有显著隔热作用的涂层织物。分析了不同功能粒子在织物上的分布状态,测试了各涂层织物的隔热性能和机械性能,讨论了TiO2/CaCO3的不同配比对涂层织物隔热性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明,经涂层后,织物隔热性能和断裂强力显著提高,撕破强力下降;TiO2与CaCO3的配比为2.5∶1时,涂层织物的隔热性能最好,撕破强力下降较少。In order to prepare thermal insulation coatings with remarkably effect on near infrared radiation, different functional particles have been coated on the surface of cotton fabric. The distribution state of different functional particles on the surface of fabric was analyzed, and the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of different coatings were tested. The influence of different ratios of titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate on thermal insulation and mechanical properties of coatings were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that thermal insulation and breaking strength of fabric was increased remarkably, and tearing strength of fabric was declined after being coated. The coatings featured the best thermal insulation performance and less damage to tearing strength with the ratio of titanium dioxide to calcium carbonate 2.5:1.
