摘　　要：织物抗静电整理通过整理剂吸收空气中水分消除静电,三防整理则通过降低纤维表面张力达到防水、防油和防污整理效果,两者同浴处理会相互影响。通过选用适宜的整理剂以及工艺优化,使产品性能达到指定要求。该整理工艺为:抗静电整理剂QC-1471 30 g/L,三防整理剂HPC-4和HPC-1分别为20 g/L和60 g/L,醋酸2 g/L,焙烘条件180℃×40 s。One bath finishing process of water/oil/stain proofing and anti-static finish of polyester face and cotton back for military uniform was introduced. Anti-static fabric finishing agent is to absorb moisture in the air to eliminate static electricity, and the water/oil/stain proofing finish is to reduce the surface tension of fiber, the effect of these finishing results will impact each other. Through the selection of suitable finishing agent and optimized process the specified performance requirements were achieved. The finishing process was as follows., anti-static finishing agent QC-1471 30 g/L, finishing agent HPC-4 20 g/L and HPC-160 g/L, acetic acid 2 g/L. curing 40 seconds at 180 ℃.
