摘　　要：任何缺失拜占庭文化的欧洲文学史都是不完整的历史文本。拜占庭的历史具有自己独特的发展道路,它是在古典希腊罗马文化、基督教文化和东方文化相互交流和融合中形成的独特文化形态,在诗歌和叙事文学方面取得了独特的成就。它为近代西欧文艺复兴乃至近代的世界文明发展做出了独特的贡献。European literary history is incomplete without mentioning the Byzantine culture. Byzantine culture, a mixture of ancient Greek and Roman culture, Christian culture and Eastern culture, is characterized by its uniqueness. It has particular achievements in poetry and narrative literature, and it makes incomparable contributions to the Renaissance in Western Europe as well as the development of the world civilization.
