摘　　要：为研究提高断指再植成活率与功能康复的最佳方法，对385例手指断离再植患者采用术前、术中及术后早期进行全程康复治疗并行长期随访观察。结果手指断离再植成活率达96．3％，手指感觉及运动功能恢复满意。提示：精确无误地吻合血管是提高断指再植成活率的关键，而全程康复治疗是手指断离后功能恢复的最佳治疗方法。In order to explore the survival rate of and best functional rehabilitation method for replantation of severed finger, 385 cases of replantation of severed finger underwent whole duration rehabilitation therapy preoperatively, postoperatively and in the early stage of operation and long-term follow-up. The results showed that the survival rate of replantation of severed finger was up to 96. 3%, and the recovery of finger sense and movement function were satisfactory. It was suggested that accurate vascular anastomosis was the key to the increase of survival rate of replantation of severed finger, and the whole duration rehabilitation therapy was the best method for the functional recovery of severed finger.
