摘 要:针对集中式绝缘在线监测存在的问题,研制基于DSP的分布式在线监测系统。文章介绍了分布式监测原理及系统组成,采用"零磁通微电流传感器"采集信号,使相位测量误差有效地控制在±0.01度以内;开发了基于DSP+CPLD及高精度AD为核心的一体化数字监测单元,集信号调理、数据采集、CPU控制、算法处理、数据存储及CAN总线通信于一体,实现了监测参数的现场测量及数字化;设计了基于CAN现场总线三层分布式系统结构,有效解决了集中式在线监测系统模拟信号长距离传输带来的问题;阐述了软硬件的具体实现方法;经实践应用性能可靠稳定,达到预期目标。In order to solve the problems existing in centralized Insulation On-line Monitoring, we developped and manufactured a distributed on-line monitoring system . The principle and construction of on-line monitoring of a high voltage capacitive apparatus are discussed in this paper. It used "zero magnetic flow and microcurrent sensor " to control phase error within the limits of +0.01 degree; and developped all-in-one numeral monitoring sub-unit based on DSP+CPLD and high precision AD, which can make signals adjusting, data collecting,CPU controlling, arithmetic disposing ,data memorizing and CAN bus communications together.h also achieved on-the-spot measure and digitallization of monitoring parameters;Designed three layer distributed system structure based on CAN bus, effectivly solved the problem of long-distance simulant signals way of soft hardware. After practical application, transmitting. At last, it expounded idiographic realized it achieved the desired purpose of dependable performance.
