摘 要:为提高某型号装备中电液伺服机构的可靠性水平,通过分析该电液伺服机构的组成和失效情况,以电液伺服机构不能正常工作为顶事件建立了故障树,并对故障树进行了分析,得出了故障树的最小割集;给出了影响电液伺服机构正常工作的各失效因素及其逻辑关系;同时,依据对结构函数的简化,建立了与工程实际较为接近的电液伺服机构可靠性模型。研究结果表明,该模型为对电液伺服机构进行可靠性试验、评价和设计提供了依据。Aiming at improving the reliability level of a certain equipment of electro-hydraulic servo mechanism, through the analysis of composition and failure condition, the fault tree of electro-hydraulic servo mechanism was established considering the failure as the top event. The qualitative analysis of the fault tree, the minimal cut sets were gotten. Each failure factor and their logical relation out affecting the normal work of the electro-hydraulic servo mechanism were given. Judging by the sitnplification to structure function, the electro-hydraulic servo mechanism reliability model was built. Research result indicates that a basis is provided for carrying out a reliability test on electro-hydraulic servo mechanism, estimating and designing.
