摘  要:结合改造前后的空气冷却器结构、运行工况和操作参数,分析了中国石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司加氢裂化高压空气冷却器的腐蚀机理。认为改造前空气冷却器的腐蚀为Ti衬管发生氢脆;衬管与基管间的缝隙发生电偶腐蚀;基管发生冲刷腐蚀。改造后空气冷却器的腐蚀为氯化铵盐结晶沉积后的垢下腐蚀与流体冲刷的协同作用。同时还分析了加工高氯原料油对高压空气冷却器运行可靠性的影响,提出了基于流动腐蚀预测的高压空气冷却器系统闭环管理措施。Corrosion mechanism of reactor effluent air coolers was studied based on the construction, operating conditions and parameters of the high - pressure air coolers in the hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Yangtze Petrochemical Company before and after revamping. Before the revamping, the corrosion mechanism is Ti lining pipe's hydrogen embrittlement, crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion between the parent tube and lining pipe, and erosion- corrosion of the parent tube. Whereas after revamping, the aircooler's corrosion mechanism is synergistic effect of under - deposit corrosion after ammonium salt~ crystallization and deposition and fluid erosion. The impact of processing high - chlorine oil on the reliable operation of air coolers is analyzed, and closed - loop management of high - pressure air coolers based upon flow - induced corrosion prediction is proposed.
