外固定器治疗多发骨折的护理

摘　　要：目的明确护理在外固定器治疗骨折中的重要性。方法对本组56例患者进行了术前护理、术中配合及术后护理。结果56例中,优47例,良8例,差1例。结论认真作好术前护理、术中配合,手术才能顺利完成,而且术后及时密切地观察患肢的趾(指)端血供、创口组织以及外固定架针眼有无渗出等尤为重要,对治疗效果可产生直接的影响,故本组病例收到了较满意的疗效。Objective To identify the importance of nursing care to patients with fracture treated with external fixators. Methods Fifty-six patients with fracture were administrated with preoperative care,intraoperative care and postoperative care. Results The treatment effectiveness of 47 patients were excellent, the treatment effectiveness of eight patients were good and the treatment effectiveness of one patient was poor. Conclusion Only with fine preoperative and intraoperative care,the operation could be accomplished successfully and it was especially important to observe acral blood supply and exudation from wound and porus of external fixators promptly and closely after operation and these factors had immediate influence to treatment effectiveness, so the treatment effectiveness in this study is satisfactory.
