摘 要:目的在Linux 2.6操作系统下开发基于多电极阵列的神经电生理闭环系统软件。方法通过中断和字符设备子系统接口,将USB总线刺激器和PCI总线数据采集卡连接到用户模式,并依据神经元网络活动确定刺激器输出,设计闭环控制算法,基于GNU C开发在Linux下的刺激应用程序。结果在Linux 2.6 PC平台上实现了电生理实验系统采集和刺激终端的在线控制软件,并用该软件控制由多电极阵列培养皿、放大器、数据采集卡、PC机以及刺激器所构建的实验系统,实现了对培养神经元网络信号的采集和活动依赖的刺激。结论该软件实现了神经元网络活动和刺激信号的闭环信息流动,为神经信息处理的网络机制研究提供了有效工具。Objective To design the software for neuro-electrophysiology experiment system of multi-electrode array (MEA) , used in holding a closed loop protocol and operated with Linux kernel 2.6. Methods The USB stimulus generator and the PCI bus data acquisition card were connected into user mode through interfaces of interrupt and character device subsystems. According to various activities of neuronal network, the output of stimulator was determined and the algorithm of closed loop was designed. Based on GNU C library, the stimu- lation application procedure was developed with Linux. Results The online controlling software of the data acquisition and the stimulation terminals of neuro-electrophysiology experiment system was implemented with PCs running Linux 2.6. This software could achieve the goals of acquiring electrical signals of neuronal networks and sending stimuli according to varied activities of networks with the experiment system which was composed of culture dishes of multi-electrode arrays, an amplifier, a data acquisition card, a PC and a stimulus generator. Conclusion Information of neuronal network activities and stimulations can stream through a closed loop with this software system, which is expected to be an effective tool for the research of mechanisms of neural information processing in neuronal network level.
