摘 要:对54例稽留流产绒毛组织及54例正常孕妇人工流产之绒毛组织,用PCR技术对解脲支原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)感染情况进行研究,并对绒毛UU-DNA阳性者用同法行血UU-DNA及CT-DNA检测。结果:稽留流产组绒毛UU-DNA阳性率55.6%(30/54),CT-DNA阳性率37.4%(20/54),人工流产组绒毛UU-DNA阳性率为11%(6/54),CT-DNA阳性率9.3%(5/54)。两组比较,UU-DNA阳性率和CT-DNA阳性率均有显著差异(均为P<0.05)。绒毛UU-DNA阳性者血UU-DNA阳性率为8.3%(3/36)。绒毛CT-DNA阳性者血CT-DNA阳性率为4%(1/25)。结论:UU感染或CT感染或UU与CT同时感染与稽留流产密切相关,是稽留流产综合病因之一。Objective:To investigate the ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis infection in missed abortion villus.Design:Villus was collected from 54 cases of missed abortion whose causes were unclear(group Ⅰ)and from 54 cases of artificial abortion(group Ⅱ).Ureaplasm urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis infection were detected by PCR technique.Result:The results showed that the ureaplasm urealyticum infection rate and chlamydia trachomatis infection rate in group Ⅰ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ.Conclusion:Ureaplasm urealyticum infection or chlamydia trachomatis infection or ureaplasm urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis infection may be one cause of missed abortion. \ \
