摘  要:以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等为原料合成了一种快干卷烟胶用三元共聚乳液。以单体配比、聚合温度和保温时间等为主要因素,乳液固含量为考核指标,采用L9(34)正交实验法优选合成三元共聚乳液的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,当n(VAc)∶n(MMA)∶n(AA)=4.5∶1.4∶0.1、聚合温度为70℃以及无回流后在92℃左右的保温时间为30min时,所制取的三元共聚乳液的综合性能较好,其固含量为38.42%,黏度为1120mPa·s,并且完全满足快干卷烟胶的使用要求。With vinyl acetate (VAc), acrylic acid (AA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as raw material, so a fast drying adhesive for cigarette based on VAc/AMMMA copolymerization emulsion was prepared. With monomer ratio,polymerization temperature and heat insulation time as main factors,solid content of emulsion as evaluation index,the optimum process conditions of preparing ternary copolymerization emulsion were preferred by 1.9(3^4) orthogonal experiment method. The experiment results showed that the combination property of the VAc/AAJMMA copolymerization emulsion which solid content was 38.42% and viscosity was 1 120 mPa's was better,and met completely operating requirement of fast drying adhesive for cigarette when molar ratio of VAc:MMA:AA was 4.5:1.4:0.1 ,polymerization temperature was 70 ℃ and heat insulation time was 30 min at about 92 ℃ after free tefluence.
