二阶导数光谱法测定培氟沙星片的含量

摘　　要：以二阶导数光谱法测定培氟沙星片的含量，以峰－谷间（２９２～２７８ｎｍ）的振幅值为定量依据，可以消除辅料对测定的干扰。平均回收率为１００．１％，ＲＳＤ为０．８％（ｎ＝６）。对三个批号的样品进行了测定，方法简便、准确、快速。Pefloxacin in tablets was determined by second order derivative spectrophotometry.Quantitative calculation was maed with analytical wavelength of 292nm and 278nm,and peakto valley method.The average recoveries are 100.1%with RSD 0.8%.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
