摘　　要：目的研究调脾护心方的清除自由基活性及其成分。方法分别采用乙醇或水加热提取调脾护心方成分,并用石油醚、氯仿、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇依次进行萃取,利用1,1-二苯基-2-2苦基肼基游离法(DPPH法)进行清除自由基活性实验,同时与合成抗氧化剂维生素C进行对照。结果各组分均有一定的清除自由基作用,且调脾护心方水提物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分具有最高的清除自由基活性。结论调脾护心方中的多酚类成分是主要的抗氧化活性成分,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the free radical scavenging activities and principals of regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula. Methods The water - extracted and regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula were separated by the order of ligarine, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n -butanol. The antioxidant activity of regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula and its fractions were investigated by 2,2 - Diphenyl - 1 - picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） assay. Results Among them, the ethyl acetate fraction of water extract had the most potent antioxidative effect. Conclusion The polyphenols from regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula are main antioxidative compounds and worthy of further research.
