摘 要:目的探讨甘草与附子配伍后甘草黄酮含量的变化。方法以甘草苷为对照品,用高效液相色谱法测定甘草及其甘草与附子配伍前后煎煮液中甘草苷的含量。结果甘草苷在4.4—44μ/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);甘草与附子配伍后合煎比甘草单煎液甘草苷的含量降低。结论甘草与附子配伍,使甘草苷等黄酮类成分的含量降低,为中医配伍提供了物质基础上的依据。Objective To observe the changes of liquirtin content before and after compatibility of Licorice with Aconite. Methods Taking Liquirtin as reference substance, the content of Liquirtin extracted from Licorice with water, and extracted from admixture of Licorice with Aconite was detected by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC ). Results The linear range was obtained between 4.4 - 44 μg/ml( r = 0. 999 8 ). The content of Liquirtin decocted from admixture of Licorice with Aconite was less than that from Licorice individually~ Conclusion The compatibility of Licorice with Aconite reduces the toxicity of Aconite through components' harmony, and the changes of flavonoid content such as Liquirtin is one of material bases.
