铁包金提取物抗肝损伤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察铁包金4种提取物的抗肝损伤药效作用。方法采用CCl4和异硫氰酸-α-萘酯所致小鼠急性肝损伤模型等方法进行实验。结果高剂量组铁包金提取物样品1～4能明显降低CCl4致急性肝损伤小鼠血清中的ALT，AST活性，并能明显升高血清中总蛋白和白蛋白含量；样品1，2，4能显著降低T—BIL含量。结论铁包金提取物对CCl4和异硫氰酸-α-萘酯所致的急性肝损伤具有保肝降酶退黄作用。Objective To study the protective effect of the extracts of Berchemia lineate（ L. ）DC. on liver iujury induced by earbon tetraehloride （CCl4） or α -Naphthyl isothioeyanate（ANIT）. Methods The animal models with hepatic injury were established by CCl4 and ANIT. The activities of ALT, ALB, T - BIL, TP and AST in serum were measured. Results In high dose group, the sample 1 - 4 could reduce ALT and AST activities in serum of acute liver damage mice induced by CCl4 or ANIT, and elevate the contents of total protein and the albumin in serum obviously; the sample 1,2,4 could obviously reduce the content of T -BIL. Conclusion The extracts of Berehemia lineate（ L. ）DC can proteete liver from injury induced by CCl4 or ANIT.
