摘　　要：目的观察黎氏哮喘方对哮喘患儿细胞因子白介素18(IL-18)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法采用免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定17例哮喘儿童血清IL-18,IgE和TNF-α水平,并与正常健康儿童进行对比。结果哮喘患儿血清IL-18,IgE和TNF-α水平均比正常儿童明显升高;血清IL-18与IgE,TNF-α水平存在显著正相关关系;经治疗患儿血清IL-18,IgE和TNF-α水平均明显下降。结论黎氏哮喘方具有降低哮喘患儿血清细胞因子IL-18,IgE和TNF-α含量的作用。Objective To explore the effect of Lishi Xiaochuan on inflammatory cytokines in asthmatic children. Methods Serum IL- 18,IgE and TNF -α were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 17 children with asthma and 20 health children. Results Serum IL - 18,IgE and TNF - α level in 17 cases of the stage of attack （212.79 ± 14.77 ; 235.71 ± 23.73 ; 99.12 ± 9.06） （P 〈 0.01 ） were remarkably higher than those in 20 healthy children （ 64.30 ± 8.13, 60.85 ± 7.94, 38.40 ±4.96） （P 〈0.01 ）. There was a remarkably positive relationship between serum IL- 18, IgE and TNF-α level. （r = 0. 696 ; r = 0. 653 ）. Conclusion Lishi Xiaochuan has a decreasing effect on seram levels of IL - 18, IgE and INF - α in asthmatic children.
