摘 要:目的研究兰科石仙桃属植物石仙桃叶的化学成分。方法应用色谱和光谱分析方法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果从石仙桃叶子醋酸乙酯部分分离到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-(4-羟基-苄基)苯酚①,原儿茶醛②,天麻苷元③,对羟基苯甲醛④,β-胡萝卜乎⑤,Cyclopholidone⑥,Cyclopholidonol⑦。结论化合物1~4为首次从该属植物分离得到;化合物5为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Pholidota chinensis Lindl. Methods The compounds were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatography, and were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction of the leaf of P. chinensis, and identified as 4,4'- Dihydroxydiphenylmethane①, Protocatechuic aldehyde②, p - hydroxybenzyl alcohol③, p - hydroxybenzaldehyde④, β - daucosterol⑤, Cyclopholidone ⑥ and Cyclopholidonol ⑥. Conclusion For the first time, compounds Ⅰ - Ⅳ were isolated from Pholidota and compound V was isolated from Pholidota chinensis Lindl.
