摘　　要：目的研究白花蛇舌草对人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞bcl-2基因表达的影响,以探讨其抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法用不同浓度的白花蛇舌草含药血清分别处理人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞,采用流式细胞仪法观察其对PG细胞bcl-2基因表达的影响。结果经白花蛇舌草含药血清作用的PG细胞bcl-2基因表达明显降低。结论白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤作用机制可能与bcl-2基因表达减少有关。Objective To investigate the anti - cancer mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae in PG cell by observing the expression of bcl - 2 gene in vitro. Methods FCM was used to detect the expression of bel - 2 gene. Results The bcl - 2 gene expression of PG cell was decreased significantly by Herba Hedyotis Diffusae. Conclusion The anti - cancer mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae maybe related to the decrease of the expression of bel - 2 gene.
