摘  要:【目的】评价辣椒碱微乳的皮肤刺激性。【方法】通过人体志愿者单次给药和小鼠多次给药相结合,用人体主观感受和皮肤色度分析作为单次给药评价指标,用皮肤组织切片观察多次给药的皮肤刺激反应。【结果】辣椒碱微乳的单次给药发生瘙痒、发热感、刺痛和疼痛的时间分别为7.3,17.3,11.4和15.2 min,均比乳膏相应的反映时间短(P<0.01),色度C*和多红斑指数ΔE*也比软膏相应的指标大。小鼠皮肤组织切片无明显病理学改变。【结论】辣椒碱微乳的刺激性较小,是一具有开发潜力的新型透皮给药系统。[Objective] To evaluate the skin stimulation of capsaicin microemulsion. [Methods] Single-dose on human volunteers and muhidoses on mice were carried out in combination. The subjective feelings coupled with color analysis were used as single - dose evaluation index. Histological examination was used as multidoses evaluation index. [ Results] The onset time in singledose of itching, heating, stinging aud pain was 7.3, 17.3, 11.4 and 15.2 minutes, respectively, which was shorter than that of ointment (P 〈 0.01 ) . The chroma and multiple erythema index were higher that that of ointment. Histological studies showed no undue reactions of the skin. [ Conclusions] The stimulus of capsaicin microemulsion is suitable and shows potential transdermal delivery system.
