摘  要:对内融冰U形盘管式蓄冰槽制冰、融冰过程进行了实验研究,重点讨论了蓄冷槽内温度变化、载冷剂温度变化、取冷量变化对系统COP的影响,以及蓄冰槽中添加剂的对比实验,验证了在水中添加一定质量硼砂可以在保证冰蓄冷系统COP的基础上有利于改善制冰、融冰特性。The system performance, including the change of the temperature in ice storage tank and secondary fluid, cold discharge amount and the COP and so on, during the ice making and ice melting process in the ice storage tank with U-shaped pipe coil as well as the internal ice melting methods was analyzed on the basis of theory and experiment, water and water with certain quality of borax were contrastively experimented and showed that it could improve the characteristic of ice making and ice melting by adding certain quality of borax to water on the basis of ensuring the COP of ice thermal storage system.
