实验性脊柱侧凸肺功能的初步观察

摘  要:为探讨重度脊柱侧凸肋骨成形的可能性,从实验的角度出发,对重度脊柱侧凸的肺功能进行初步观察,以其作为不同状态下的衡量指标加以比较和分析。取60只纯系大耳白兔,随机抽样的原则平均分成四组,对照组、SI、SⅡ和SⅢ组。其中SI、SⅡ和SⅢ制成重度脊柱侧凸模型。12周后测定对照组和SI组的肺功能指标,加以比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。SⅡ和SⅢ组建立模型后6周矫正脊柱侧凸,其中SⅢ组同时行肋骨成形术。矫正脊柱侧凸及肋骨成形术后6周测定SⅡ和SⅢ组的肺功能,相关指标比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。实验结果表明,重度脊柱侧凸明显影响家兔的肺功能。重度脊柱侧凸的家兔矫正脊柱侧凸加肋骨成形是可行的,不会影响其肺功能。上述结果对临床工作有一定的帮助和借鉴。For the study of the feasibility of the costoplasty in severe scoliosis, the authors measured the respiratory funcition in animal models of scoliosis and the data were used as an index for analysis and comparsion study. Sixty growing white rabbits were used for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groumps: the control, SⅠ, SⅡ, and SⅢ, and then the scoliosis was produced in the latter 3 groups. In group SⅡ and SⅢ, the spinal deformities were corrected 6 weeks later, and the costoplasty was performed in addition in group SⅢ at the same setting. At the 6th week postoperatively, there was no obvious difference between the SⅡ and SⅢ in respiratory function index (P>0.05).However, At the 12th pstoperative week, the respiratory function index in control group was much higher than that in group S (P>0.01). The findings showed that wevere scoliosis obviously affect the respiratory function in the rabbits. Correction of the spinal deformity combined with costoplasty was feasible and did not affect the respiratory function. The results may indicate a significant value for clinical trial.
