高效液相色谱法测定阿折地平的含量

摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定阿折地平的含量。方法采用 Diamosil^(TM)钻石 C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)(迪马公司),流动相为乙腈-水(70:30),检测波长为254 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min,进样20μL。结果阿折地平在0.01~0.40 mg/mL 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),阿折地平的含量为99.3%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定阿折地平的含量,方法简单、可靠,重现性良好,可用于阿折地平的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determination of content of Azelnidipine by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods The HPLC system was consisted of a DiamosilTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 um). Acetonitrile and water (70 : 30) was used as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of Azelnidipine was 0.01-0.40 mg/mL( r =0. 999 9). The content of Azelnidipine was 99.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate. It can be used for determination of Azelnidipine content.
