摘 要:目的以大鼠1周力竭游泳为模型,观察力竭运动后大鼠杏仁核NF-κB在不同时间点的表达变化。方法把40只大鼠随机分为对照组和力竭组。力竭组进行1周力竭游泳训练后,用免疫组织化学技术SABC法检测即刻,6h,8h,10h,12h,14h,24h等不同时间点大鼠脑杏仁核NF-κB的表达变化,通过图像分析系统和统计学软件进行图像和数据分析。结果与对照组相比,力竭组杏仁核NF-κB表达在6h开始升高(P<0.05),8-10h达高峰(P<0.05),12-14h开始明显回落(P<0.05),24h恢复到正常水平(P>0.05)。结论杏仁核NF-κB信号系统参与力竭游泳运动引起的氧化应激及神经系统功能活动的改变。Objective To explore the activation and variation of NF-KB in amygdaloid nucleus in rats after 7 d exhausted swimming ex- ercise. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into control group and exhausted swimming group. The brains in exhausted swim- ming group were removed at 0 h,6 h,8 h, 10 h, 12 h, 14 h,24 h after 7 d exhausted exercise. The expression of NF-s:B was detected by immunohistochemieal SABC techniques, and analyzed by imaging analysis system and statistic system. Results Compared with con- trol group, the expression of NF-KB in amygdaloid nucleus increased at 6 h in exhausted exercise group( P 〈 0.05 ) , peaked at 8 - 10 h (P 〈0.05) ,started to decrease at 12 - 14 h(P 〈0.05) ,and returned to the normal level at 24 h(P〉O. 05). Conclusion The resuits suggest that the NF-KB signaling system could be activated in amygdaloid nucleus after exhausted swimming exercise, and the acti- vated NF-KB signaling system might mediate exhausted exercise-induced oxidative stress and alter the function of nervous system.
