摘　　要：介绍旧下集气管焊接难点,分析焊接裂纹产生的原因,制定施焊措施,焊接过程中金相组织得到了很好改善。Presented the difficulties of the welding of old lower collector box, analyzed reasons for generation of welding cracks, made out welding measures, the metallurgical structure was thus improved during welding.
