摘  要:青海盐湖工业集团股份有限公司2套利用天然气裂解制乙炔尾气生产合成氨的装置,同样的原料成分,设计建设时间不同。在总结一期工程经验的基础上,对二期工艺流程作了较大的调整。改进后的合成氨工艺流程从设备投资、操作管理、运行成本、节能降耗等方面效果明显。Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Inc., Ltd. has two ammonia plants using tail gas form natural gas pyrolyzed acetylene as the feedstock.. The two plants have same feedstock composition, but different time of designing. Based on the process flow of the 1st ammonia plant, the process of the 2nd plant was adjusted much. By the comparison of the two process flows, it is indicated that the process of the 2nd ammonia plant was improved much from the aspects of equipment investment, operating management, operating cost as well as energy saving and consumption reduction, etc.
