预压托换桩在楼房顶升纠偏中的应用

摘  要:结合砖混结构顶升纠偏工程实例,介绍预压托换桩的设计、施工及成果,使后续主体结构顶升纠偏达到预期目的。实践证明,采用预压桩基础托换法,技术可靠,顶升纠偏成功。According to the rectifying deviation's engineering case of brick conceret structural building, perloading piles'design, construction and results were introduced. The desired objectives were achieved in post main structure's rectifying deviation. Practice shows that this method is reliable in technology and can be successfully used to rectifying deviation.
