摘　　要：从中外图书馆发展史中可以概括图书馆核心价值的源起和发展;就中国古代藏书楼阁的法制渊源及西方图书馆法对中国近现代图书馆法的影响进行了举证;从图书馆核心价值体系隐含的法理分析中得出当代中国图书馆法法权理念。This paper, from the history of the development of China and foreign libraries, expounds the source of the kernel value of library and gives the examples to prove the origin of legal system of the book collection depositories in ancient China and the refulgence of western library. In china, the conception of the legal principles of modern Chinese library is included through the analysis of legal principles implied in the kernel value system of library.
