陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力运动发育水平与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力运动发育水平状况及影响因素。方法按照整群抽样原则随机抽取陕西关中地区10个县区,共计430名健康婴幼儿。采用贝利婴幼儿发展量表(BSID)测评智力发展指数(MDI)和运动发展指数(PDI)。结果家庭经济收入与MDI随着月龄的增加相关性逐渐增强,呈中等程度正相关(r=0.044~0.502);上臂围与MDI随着月龄的增加相关性增强,呈弱正相关(r=0.078~0.383)。家庭经济收入与PDI随月龄的增加相关性逐渐增强(r=0.040~0.499);上臂围与PDI在11月前呈正相关(r=0.028~0.239),而在11月后随月龄的增加渐呈中等强度的负相关(r=-0.023^-0.379)。母亲文化程度不同的婴幼儿间MDI差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而PDI差异无统计学意义;家庭类型不同的婴幼儿之间MDI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而PDI差异无统计学意义。结论陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力及精神运动发展状况总体良好。家庭经济收入、母亲文化程度、上臂围、联合家庭类型与智力、运动发展相关。Objective To investigate the infant＇s mental and motor development level and influencing factors in the countryside of Shaanxi Province. Methods According to the cluster sampling, we sampled 430 healthy infants totally from 10 districts in the area of Guanzhong in Shaanxi Province. We applied Bayley Scales of Infant Development （BSID） to measure the mental development index （MDI） and psychomotor development index （PDI）. Results Along with the increment of month old, the correlation between family income and MDI gradually reinforced and manifested moderate one （ r = 0. 044 ～ 0. 502）, the correlation between MDI and upper arm circumference increased and showed weak positive correlation inferior （r=0. 078～0. 383）, the correlation between family income and PDI gradually reinforced （r = 0. 040～0. 499）. The value of coefficient correlation between upper arm circumference and PDI was 0. 028～0. 239 in the infants before 11 months, while it was -0. 023～- 0. 379 in the infants after 11 months representing moderate negative correlation. The infants whose mothers had different educational level differed in MDI and there were obvious discrepancies （P〈0. 01）. However, they did not have obvious discrepancy in PDI. The infant＇s MDI differed in the type of family and had obvious discrepancy （P〈0.05）, but the PDI had no significant discrepancy. Conclusion The total condition of the infant＇s mental and motor development is good in the countryside of Shaanxi Province. Family income, the mother＇s educational level, upper arm circumference, united family are related to the infant＇s mental and motor development.
