摘 要:水工混凝土裂缝不仅会影响工程结构的外观与正常运行,还可能影响工程安全及耐久性,缩短工程的寿命.本文通过理论与实证研究,结合水工大体积混凝土的湿热传导特性研究,通过工程实践中的反复试验与研究,提出了水工混凝土表面喷涂聚氨酯泡沫保温保湿有效防止早期裂缝的混凝土防裂设计新思路.研究表明:在大坝表面喷涂聚氨酯泡沫材料不仅具有良好的保温保湿效果,而且能使喷涂的聚氨酯泡沫材料与大坝混凝土达到"无缝贴接"状态,达到永久保温保湿效果,有效地防止了大坝混凝土的裂缝.Cracks in hydraulic concrete would not only affect appearance of concrete dam, normal operation of hydraulic engineering, but also shorten the safety and service life-span of projects. The property of coupled heat and moisture transfer in mass concrete was studied in this paper. After repeated field tests, A new treatment idea of thermal insulation and moisture retention of concrete dams by spraying polyurethane on dam surface was put forward, which could effectively prevent cracks of concrete in early age. Prototype observation data shows that, as compared with other thermal insulation materials, the construction procedure of spraying polyurethane foaming materials was simple, stable and reliable in performance, and comparatively low in cost. Furthermore, because of firmly bonded with concrete, the long term effect of thermal insulation and moisture retention of the dam by spraying polyurethane on dam surface under different conditions was satisfactory.
