摘 要:集对分析可以从微观层次上,揭示出水文变量间的相关关系和不确定性.本文采用集对原理对天津市境内北三河系各流域的降雨量、入境径流量、入海水量等水资源特征量,进行了丰枯补偿特性分析.结果表明,尽管北三河系各流域间的降雨量丰枯遭遇的机会较多,不存在补偿特性;但由于上游水库、闸坝等水利工程的调节,部分流域的入境水之间还是存在一定的不同步特性,如北运河与潮白河之间、北运河与蓟运河之间,即入境洪水之间存在补偿特性;各流域入境水同境内降雨呈现一定程度的同步特性,同时存在一定程度的差异性和对立性,这都说明北三河系的洪水资源化还是有一定的条件;此外,入海水量存在一定的丰枯同步特性.因此,为了减轻永定新河的防洪压力,增大其冲淤能力,在北三河系进行洪水资源化是必要的.The correlative relations and uncertainty characters between hydrologic variables can be revealed by set pair analysis from microcosmic aspect. Set pair theory is applied to analyze the ample flow and low water compensation characters of water resources variables such as precipitation, runoff, etc, in Beisan River net. The results show that: though there is no compensation characteristic between basins of Beisan River net for a high encounter opportunities of precipitation, there is definite asynchronism between inflows of part of the basins like Beiyun River and Chaobai River, Beiyun River and Jiyun River, under the regulation of water conservancies in the upper basin, such as reservoirs, gates, dams, etc, and there is also a certain synchronism as while as the uncertainty and opposability between inflow and precipitation, which is all the conditions to flood resources utilization on Beisan River net. Besides, there is aslo a synchronous frequency of outflows, so it is necessary to do the rainfall flood utilization in order to lighten the flood control pressure and augment the scour and fill power of New Yongding River.
