摘　　要：独立学院是新形势下高等教育办学机制与模式的一项探索与创新,是更好更快挖掘和利用高等教育资源的一种有效途径,针对独立学院的学生和教师基本状况和特征,从"教"与"学"两个方面探讨了独立学院教学管理模式与制度的改革与创新,简要介绍了几年来实践效果。Combining the general situations and characteristics of teachers and students in the independent colleges, the paper explores the reform and innovation of its teaching administration mode and system from the perspective of teaching and learning. It briefly introduces the effects of practices in recent years as well.
