摘　　要：地籍管理是土地管理的基础,如何管好、用好地籍信息,并保持信息的现势性,是国土管理部门的一项重要工作。本文从地籍、地籍管理等地籍基础知识出发,分析了深圳市现有地籍管理工作的特点,从管理体系方面剖析目前地籍管理系统存在的问题,并有针对性的提出解决方案,为完善地籍测绘管理体系、健全地籍测绘技术体系、加强地籍测绘队伍建设提出意见。Cadastral Management is the foundation of land management. How to manage them well,make good use of cadastral information,and maintain the current trend information,is an important job of the land management departments. This paper analyzes the existing cadastral management features of Shenzhen, from the cadastre, cadastral management, and the other cadastral basic knowledge. From the management system, it analyzes the problem exist, have targeted solutions for improving the cadastral survey and mapping management system, and comments for improving the management system, sounding techniques and strengthening the team building ,of the cadastral survey and mapping.
