复方野葛根胶囊的初步稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的监测复方野葛根胶囊相关项目的稳定性。方法采用留样观察,在室温下分别于0、1、2、3、6、12个月对样品的外观、性状进行监测;采用薄层色谱鉴别法鉴别处方中的主要药味西洋参;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素的含量。结果按本品最佳制备工艺制成的三批中试产品的外观、性状、定性鉴别、含量测定结果均符合规定。结论复方野葛根胶囊稳定性符合标准。Objective To study the stability of compound pueraria lobata capsules. Methods The com- pound pueraria lobata capsules was stored in room temperature. At the time of 0, 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 month, the appearance and properties of compound puerar/a lobata capsules were observed, the panax quinquefolium L was identified by TCL identification method, and the content of puerarin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The results of appearance, properties, identification, determination of three groups of preparation were qualified. Conclusion According to the standard, the stability of compound pueraria lobata cap- sules is qualified.
