摘　　要：首先分析了一般的房地产估价系统存在的问题,提出了以GIS技术为基础建设房地产估价信息系统,具体分析了系统建设的可行性、系统结构、系统功能和系统开发方式。基于GIS技术的房地产估价信息系统(REA-GIS)的建立将为房地产估价体系提供一种新的思路、技术和方法。This article first analyzes the problems of general real estate appraisal system, and suggests to build real estate evaluating information system based on GIS. It analyzes the feasibility of the system, system structure, system function and system development approach . The building of the Real Estate Appraisal system based on GIS will provide a new way of thinking, techniques and methods for real estate appraisal system.
