摘　　要：本文通过分析我国各层次资本市场在支持科技创新上存在的不足,构建了支持科技创新的多层次资本市场框架,研究了包括主板市场、创业板市场、代办股份转让系统、产权交易市场、境外资本市场在内的五个层次资本市场支持科技创新的路径。This paper analyses the shortcomings of our capital market＇s each level on supporting technology innovation, constructs the multi-level capital market frame to support technology innovation of our country,investigates the specific approaches of five level capital market to support technology innovation, including main board,second board,OTC,assets and equity exchange market and oversea capital market.
