摘　　要：针对焊接转向架涂层防腐进行研究,通过对其腐蚀情况的调研,分析了产生腐蚀的主要原因,并且提出了相应的设计和涂层工艺方面的解决措施.此外,对焊接接头腐蚀状况进行试验.结果表明:焊接钢板(09CuPCrNi-A)耐腐蚀性可靠,可以作为焊接转向架的基体材料.Anti-corrosion coating on welded bogie is analyzed according to its corrosion status. Main causes of the corrosion are presented, and the relevant measures of design and coating process are proposed corrosion experiment results show that the corrosion resistance of welded steel （09 CuPCrNi-A） is reliable, and the steel can be used for welding bogie material.
