摘 要:环隙洗涤器作为第四代转炉烟气净化技术的核心部件,得到越来越多的重视。通过三维建模软件Pro/E、前处理软件GAMBIT、流场仿真软件FLUENT建立三维模型及模型网格的划分,对环隙洗涤器进行仿真模拟分析,得出结论:模拟结果与数学计算结果相一致,仿真结果有一定指导作用;考虑到除尘效率和流速稳定性问题,最佳行程控制在30~50mm。An annular gap scrubber, as the key part of the fourth technology of OG, has received more and more attention. A simulation analysis of gas flow velocity distribution on the annular gap scrubber was proceeded. A three-dimension model of the scrubber was established and meshed, and flow field analysis of the device was finished based on Pro/E, GAMBIT and FLUENT. The conclusions are as followings: the simulation result is consistent to the mathematical result, so it is useful to gas flow study. Considering the efficiency of dust catcher and stability of gas flow, the optimal distance should be controlled between 30 mm and 50 mm.
