摘　　要：鞍钢鲅鱼圈80万t/a钢渣热闷处理生产线是环保示范工程项目,采用了目前国际上流行的EPC工程管理模式进行投资建设。中国京冶工程技术有限公司作为该项目的EPC总承包商,充分发挥了设计在工程总承包中的主导作用,运用成熟的EPC总承包项目管理经验成功完成了该项目的承建。对鞍钢鲅鱼圈钢渣热闷处理工程的EPC总承包项目管理实践进行了详细的论述。Bayuquan steel slag heat-stuffing treatment line （8 x 10^5 t/a） of Anshan Iron and Steel Company is a model project of environmental protection, which is invested and constructed with EPC project management model that is currently a popular international project management model. As the EPC general contractor, China Jingye Engineering Co., Ltd fully plays a leading role of the design in general contract and uses mature EPC management experience which attains a successful completion of the project＇s construction. In this paper, the EPC project management practice of Bayuquan project is described in detail.
