摘　　要：加强学生团队精神价值观的教育已成为我国职业教育的教学改革中需要解决的一个重要问题。通过管理学专业课的教学实践，发现在专业课的教学过程中实施对学生职业价值观的灌输和渗透效果明显，比直接的、正面的、枯燥的职业价值观说教方式效果好得多。主要探讨在小组协作法中进行合作精神职业价值观的培养方法。Education about teamwork values among students has become an important issue which need to be resolved in our country＇s reform of vocational education .Through the teaching practice of management specialized course, we found that the effect of indoctrination and infiltration of Occupational values in the process of teaching professional courses is much better than the direct, positive, boring preaching. This paper discusses mainly the ways of cultivating the spirit of occupational values in Group Collaboration.
