摘　　要：目的寻求绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出有效、简易、快捷的方法。方法将91例绝经妇女随机分为甲、乙、丙3组。甲组29例,术前1周顿服尼尔雌醇5mg;乙组30例,术前2～3h阴道后穹窿内放置米索前列醇400μg。丙组32例,术前1周顿服尼尔雌醇5mg,术前2～3h阴道后穹窿内放置米索前列醇400μg。比较3组用药后的疗效、软化宫颈程度及取宫内节育器术中综合反应程度。结果用药后甲、乙、丙3组均取器操作成功,成功率为100%,联合用药效果更佳,单用药者综合反应较重。结论口服尼尔雌醇配合阴道后穹窿内放置米索前列醇用于宫内节育器取出,效果好,能减轻患者痛苦。Objective To explore the effective,simple and quick method in removing intrauterine device（IUD） from postmenopausal women. Methods 91 postmenopansal women were randomly divided into group A（ n = 29）, group B （n = 30） and group C （n = 32）. Group A was treated with 5mg of nilestriol one week before operation, and removed IUD one week later. Patients in group B were treated with misoprostol 400μg 2 - 3h before operation. 32 patients in group C were treated with nilestriol combined with misoprostol before operation. The effect and comprehensive reactions during opreation were observation. Results The successful remove rate in three groups was all 100%. The curative effect in group C was better than that in group A and B, and has less comprehensive reactions. Conclusion Nilestriol combined with misoprostol is effective less painful in removing intrauterine device from postmenopausal women.
