天丹通络胶囊治疗紧张型头痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察天丹通络胶囊治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法50例紧张型头痛患者,随机分为对照组(25例)和治疗组(25例)。对照组只服阿米替林治疗头痛,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用天丹通络胶囊治疗,2周为1个疗程。密切观察头痛缓解情况以及药品不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率96.0%明显高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组4例和对照组1例出现药品不良反应。结论天丹通络胶囊联合阿米替林治疗紧张型头痛的疗效优于单用阿米替林,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Tiandiantongluo capsule on tensiontype headache （TTH）. Methods 50 patients with TTH were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 25 ） and the control group（n = 25 ）. Patients in the control group were treated with amitriptyline, and in the treatment group treated with Tiandantongluo capsule additionally,2 weeks as a course. Then the improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.0% vs 84.0% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. 4 cases in treatment group and 1 case in control group had the adverse reactions . Conclusion Tiandantongluo capsule in combination with amitriptyline is better than amitriptyline alone in treatment of TTH,with less adverse reactions.
