摘  要:目的应用三维超声研究胎儿手部成像,探求三维超声显示胎儿手部的最佳切面和检查时间。方法选取100名孕20~38周无明显产科合并症孕妇,按孕龄20周~、24周~、28周~、32周~、36~38周分为五组,每组20名(40只手)。对胎儿手部分别进行二维、三维超声检查,并进行对比分析。结果二维、三维超声对各孕龄组胎儿手部成像按完全显示、部分显示、不能显示三种结果比较,x^2值在6.179~12.094之间,各孕龄组两种成像比较有明显差异(P〈0.05),三维超声优于二维超声;其中孕28周~组胎儿手部显示率最高为50.0%,孕36~38周组最低为37.5%。结论三维超声对胎儿手部有较清晰的显示,可为染色体异常提供超声软标记。Objective To study fetal hands imaging by three - dimensional ultrasound, and to explore the best sectiones and examination time for fetal hands by three- dimensional uhrasonograply. Methods 100 pregnant women without obstetrics complication were enrolled in this study. They were divided into 5 groups according to the gestational age, such as 20 W- , 24 W - , 28 W - , 32 W- ,36 - 38 W. Each group included 20 pregnant women(40 hands). The fetal hands were scanned by two - dimensional and three - dimensional uhrasonography, then the results were compared and analyzed. Results The results of fetal hands imaging in different gestational age were compared according to total display, partial display and no display.The value of x^2 was between 6.179 and 12.094, and there was significant differenc between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Three - dimensional ultrasound was better than two - dimensional uhrasound. The display rate was highest in the 28 W group (50%) and lowest(37.5%)in the 36 - 38 W group. Conclusion Three - dimensional ultrasound can dearly display fetal hands imaging, it can provide ultrasound soft markers for chromosomal abnormalities.
