综合疗法治疗坐骨神经痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺等综合疗法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为针刺综合疗法治疗组,中成药口服、维生素B1和维生素B12肌注对照组各44例,经过2个疗程治疗后评定疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺等综合疗法治疗坐骨神经痛起效快,镇痛作用好,具有较好临床疗效。Objective: To observe the acupuncture therapy for sciatica comprehensive clinical efficacy. Methods: 88 patients were randomly divided into combined therapy of acupuncture treatment group, the proprietary Chinese medicines taken orally, vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 12 intramuscular injection of 44 cases of the control group, after 2 treatment efficacy assessed after treatment. Results: The treatment group and control group cure rate, the total effective rate, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The combination therapy of acupuncture treatment of sciatica effect quickly, and analgesic effects, and has good clinical efficacy.
