摘 要:研究了不同品种、不同预湿程度的陶粒与碎石以1∶1体积比混合配制的混凝土的匀质性,此外还对高性能混凝土中矿物掺合料和外加剂的掺入对其匀质性的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,轻骨料的吸水率越大,预湿程度越低,越有利于浆体粘度的增大;提高陶粒自身的颗粒密度和预湿程度,则可减小陶粒与浆体的密度差;浆体粘度对于新拌混凝土匀质性的影响更为显著。干陶粒对于降低浆体粘度作用显著,且当水灰比较高时更有利于提高混凝土匀质性;而当水灰比较低时,饱和预湿陶粒自身较高的颗粒密度则有利于减小其与浆体的密度差,从而也对提高匀质性有利。The homogeneity of mixed aggregate concrete is one of the main problems that restrict its application in project. In this paper the homogeneity of concrete that prepared by crushed stone and ceramisite with different varieties and pre-wetting degree in a proportion of 1 : 1 were studied, as well as the effect of mineral admixture and additive on concrete homogeneity. The results show that, the ceramisite with higher water absorption or lower pre-wetting degree is advantage to increase the paste viscosity,however a higher grain density and pre-wetting degree of ceramisite can reduce the density variation between ceramisite and paste, and the viscosity of paste has more significat effect on concrete homogeneity. Dry ceramisite can reduce the paste viscosity greatly, and become more advantage to improve the homogeneity of concrete with higher water to cement ratio, whereas the saturation pre-wetted ceramisite is advantage to decrease the density variation between ceramisite and paste which is due to its higher grain density, hence improve the concrete homogeneity.
