摘 要:采用活化浮选及交流阻抗技术研究了硫酸和草酸对被石灰抑制后的磁黄铁矿的活化效果和活化机理。浮选试验证实硫酸与草酸均能活化磁黄铁矿,草酸的活化效果优于硫酸。交流阻抗研究表明硫酸与草酸对磁黄铁矿的活化机理表现在两方面:一是提高磁黄铁矿表面自身氧化电位,阻碍亲水物质进一步产生;二是去除吸附在磁黄铁矿表面的亲水物质,使之露出新鲜表面。磁黄铁矿表面电阻Rs随硫酸和草酸用量增加而降低,表面法拉第反应电阻Rp随硫酸和草酸用量增加而增加,该结果与浮选试验结果一致。Activation flotation and alternating current (AC) impedance technique were introduced to investigate the activation effects and mechanisms of sulphuric acid and oxalic acid adopted to activate pyrrhotine which was previously depressed by lime. The flotation tests testified that both the acids can activate pyrrhotine, while the oxalic acid exhibits better activation effect than the sulphuric acid. The study of AC impedance indicates that, the activation mechanisms of both acids lie in two aspects : the acids can hinder the further growth of hydrophilic coating onto pyrrhotine surface by increasing the surface oxidation potential of pyrrhotine ; on the other hand, the acids can remove the adsorbed hydrophilic materials on pyrrhotine and thereafter create a fresh surface. The surface resistance (Rs ) of pyrrhotine declined with the increasing of the acids' dosage, while, simultaneously, the Faraday resistance (Rp) enhanced. The AC impedance resuits are consistent with those of flotation experiments.
