摘  要:根据转底炉工艺高温快速还原的特点,在实验室模拟生产条件,以烧结常用铁矿粉和还原剂(焦粉或煤粉)为原料进行了压球直接还原试验研究,讨论了焙烧温度、C/O摩尔比、焙烧时间、球团粒径等工艺参数对球团还原后金属化率和强度指标的影响,并对不同原料条件下焙烧特性进行了基础研究。结果表明,在焙烧温度1 350℃、C/O比1.15、焙烧时间25 m in、球团粒径25 mm条件下金属化率达到85.33%,球团抗压强度达到2 240 N/个。Based on the characteristics of high temperature fast reduction of iron in RHF process, experiments of direct reduction of composite pellets were carried out with commonly-used powdered iron ores and reducing reagent (coke or coal) as raw materials. Effects of roasting temperature, C/O (carbon/oxygen) mol ratio, roasting time and pellet diameter on metallization rate and strength index of the pellets after reduction were studied. Roasting characteristics under the condition of different materials have been investigated. The results show that the metallization rate and compressive strength of single pellet are 85.33% and 2 240 N respectively when the roasting temperature is 1 350 ℃, C/O ratio is 1.15, roasting time is 25 mins and pellet diameter is 25 mm, respectively.
