摘 要:针对传统有机型电热涂料及常用无机型电热涂料涂层电热性能不稳定等问题,采用复合型炭系粉料作为主要导电材料,掺杂一定体积比的金属组元,以共混无机粘结剂为基体,在耐热载体表面预埋超薄电极后,用特制涂覆法工艺成型后经二次固化,制得在安全电压下即具有优良电热性能的自控温炭系电热涂层。用SEM电镜对涂层微观结构和粒子分布状态进行表征;用SX1934(SZ-82)数字式四探针测试仪和YD05A型电参数测定仪对电热涂层进行电学、热学等性能的测试。研究结果表明,采用改质磷酸盐化合物为粘结剂,以石墨/炭黑/金属粉混合物为导电填料制得的电热涂层的体积电阻率稳定,其表面发热温度具有可控性;研究还发现,在室温为23±2℃,电压为36 V,通电60 m in,导电填料含量为30%的炭系电热涂层的表面发热温度稳定在126.6℃左右。The electrothermal carbon coating was prepared through molding with special coating technique followed by twice solidification after embedding ultrathin electric pole in the surface of heat resistance carrier, with inorganic binder as matrix, into which composite carbon powders as main conductive filler were added together with certain amount of metal elements. The microstructure and particle size distribution of the carbon coating were characterized and analyzed by SEM, while the electric and thermal properties tested by voltage-current volume resistivity tester and electrical parameter tester. The results show that the electric coating obtained by using phosphate compounds binder as matrix and graphite/carbon black/metal powder mixture as filler has stable volume resistivity and controllable surface temperature. It has been found that the surface heating temperature of the coating containing 30% conductive filler maintained 126.6℃ under the condition of heating for 60 min at room temperature (23 ± 2 ℃ ) and 36 V.
