摘 要:针对石化厂中能耗大的问题,研究了PLC在气量调节系统中的应用情况,选用西门子S7-200系列的PLC设计了一种全行程顶开进气阀的调节系统,系统的逻辑控制与PID运算由PLC来完成,排气压力也可通过PLC的模拟电位器来设定。在详细分析了新的气量调节系统的工作原理、硬件结构、软件设计和具体功能的基础上,得出了该系统不仅能实现调节排气量、稳定压力的功能,而且结构简单,运行可靠,是解决能耗问题的有效方法之一的结论。In view of the huge energy consumption problem, the application of PLC in the air - condition regulating system was studied. A whole itinerary of top - conditioning system into the valve was designed by selecting Siemens S7 - 200 series PLC. In this system, the logic control system and PID operation are completed by PLC. The exhaust pressure can also be designed by the PLC analog potentiometer settings. The detailed analysis of the air - conditioning systems principle, hardware structure, software design and specific functions shows that the magnanimity of the PLC - conditioning system is not only fully functional in implementing the air - conditioning with stable pressure, but also simple in structure and reliable in operation. It is an effective way to solve the energy problem.
